    Foremost, William M. Agner Jr. (Billy) is a devoted husband to Kathy, his partner in marriage for nearly 42 years, a proud father of 38 years, and a doting grandfather for the past 12 years.

    He is also a seasoned construction professional and licensed home inspector based in Bartow, Florida. With over four decades of experience in the industry, he has held leadership roles in project management, operations, and business ownership, specializing in site development, infrastructure, and general construction. 

   Billy's career began in 1979 as a foreman, equipment operator, and tradesman, progressing to project superintendent and manager positions at companies like Kearney Development Co. and Central Florida Contractors. 

    As president and owner of Central Florida Contractors from 1994 to 2009, he oversaw projects ranging from $5,000 to $5 million, working with clients including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), local counties, school boards, and major developers. He later served as a senior project manager at The Kearney Companies and operations manager at Grade A Way LLC, where he managed construction supervision, scheduling, permitting, and team leadership.

   In addition to his construction expertise, Billy served as a dual-certified Polk County Deputy Sheriff from 2008 to 2012 under Sheriff Grady Judd. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding a civil engineering firm and developing multiple subdivisions and commercial buildings in Florida. 

   Billy holds key licenses, including 

• State Certified General Contractor (CGC-058584) 
• Underground Utility Contractor (CUC-056502)
• Home Inspector (HI15156) 

   He has earned numerous certifications in construction estimating, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools, OSHA safety, and law enforcement standards.

   Billy's skills encompass personnel management, project coordination, budgeting, quantity surveying, and operating heavy equipment like excavators and motor graders. Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project, QuickBooks, and Quest Estimating, he excels in problem-solving, communication, and team motivation. 

    Fluent in English and with intermediate proficiency in German, Billy has earned notable honors, including a Sheriff's Commendation from Sheriff Grady Judd for aiding tactical operations, multiple commendations from the U.S. Marshal's Service, and service on the advisory board for Community Southern Bank.
